PAYMENT:
Vaka design accepts Pay Pal.
Pay Pal: If you commit to buying an item, you have 3 days to make a payment through Paypal. If we have not received a payment within 3 days, we will relist the item and it will be available for purchase again.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is free for items over $250.
Vaka ships USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the US, and USPS First Class for international deliveries. If you would like your purchase to be shipped in a different manner, please send a message letting us know your zip code and shipping preferences and we will let you know your shipping costs.
All items are sent gift boxed.
RETURNS:
For non custom orders: I want you to be happy. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase price.
The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipment and must insure the package for the purchase price, or mail at their own risk.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise and assessing that it is in good, unworn/unused condition, we will issue a PayPal refund.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, returns must be POSTMARKED within 3 days of their original delivery date. Please contact us so that we know to expect your return!
CUSTOM WORK:
Finished custom items are non-refundable, and I will work with you to resolve any differences. Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. If I am working with a client's own gold, this stands as the deposit. Custom work is ready to ship in 2-3 weeks unless otherwise discussed. It an item is needed sooner, this is usually possible.
ENGAGEMENT RINGS:
While I do not regularly stock or procure white diamonds, I do keep champagnes and chocolates of various sizes in stock. I am also happy to work with a diamond the customer provides.
